Iowa CaucusThe Iowa Caucus will be held Thursday, January 3rd. It’s an exciting event and a rare opportunity for Iowans to flex their political might.

Since 1972, the Iowa caucus has been the first major electoral event of the nominating process for President of the United States. It has served as an early indication of which candidates for President might win the nomination of their political party at that party’s national convention.

Neighborhood Meeting January 14th

Plan on attending the next River Bend Neighborhood Meeting. Annual elections for the Association board will be held.

  • When/Where are meetings held?
    Meetings are held the second Monday of each month at 7pm at the Salvation Army building at 1330 6th Ave. (Map)
  • Who can attend?
    Everyone is welcome to attend, and there’s no charge. If you want to become a member, which gives you rights to vote for the Association board, the cost is $10 per person per year.
